Returning Student Enrollment

Returning Student Enrollment- Welcome Back!

Please follow the registration steps listed below to complete your student’s enrollment.

RETURNING KEMP ISD STUDENTS:

STEP 1: Login to ParentPortal (updates to address/phone numbers, emergency contact information)


STEP 2: Upload Proof of Residency (electric bill, water bill, gas/propane bill with parent/legal guardian name and address) 

Acceptable proof of residency for in-district students require the following items:

  • A copy of a current (current or previous month) utility bill (electric, gas or water) with parent/guardian name
  • A current lease showing parent/guardian name as lessee or tenant
  • Current Mortgage Statement (within same month) OR Kaufman County Appraisal District proof of ownership in parent/guardian name

• Upload student’s current immunization record (Click HERE to view requirements)

• Upload parent/legal guardian driver’s license or picture ID (An updated ID will be required if there are any changes in parent/legal guardian)


STEP 3: Complete enrollment part 2 forms in ParentPortal

 

Navigate to “My Account” on the top right hand of your screen.

A dropdown menu shows 'My Account' and 'Logout' options.

Click on “Maintain Student Data.” You must be the primary contact email in order to edit the students data.

Two buttons are displayed: 'Associated Users' and 'Maintain Student Data'.

Complete forms.
