Registration for Returning Kemp ISD Students:

All returning Kemp ISD students must complete the

following items before receiving a

schedule or being placed in class on the

first day of school:

• Registration through Parent Portal
• Proof of Residence (utility bill, lease/mortgage agreement dated within 30 days of registration)

Enrollment for New Kemp ISD Students:

All new Kemp ISD students must complete the

following items before receiving a

schedule or being placed in class on the

first day of school:

• New Student Enrollment through Parent Portal
• Campus Enrollment Forms (not available through Parent Portal)
• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Immunization Records
• Enrolling Guardian’s Driver License
• Proof of Residency (utility bill, lease/mortgage agreement dated within 30 days of registration)
• Prior School Records (if applicable)
